We can accept cancellation of orders and refund will be made in the following circumstances:
Ready made products with no personalization: Full refund if the product is returned undamaged within 7 days. Return shipping charges to be borne by you.
If the product has been made to your order according to your specifications or personalized for you, it cannot be returned and no refund is possible because it cannot be sold to anyone else.
In the case of any manufacturing defect please contact us and we will either repair it or replace it. No refund is possible in this case.
